Refund policy
Film Cruise mainly offers preowned items, and the photos of our items are of the exact items you will receive. Please check the photo to judge the condition or contact us if you would like more photos. For these items, some wear and tear is normal and to be expected. Our sealed items are as new and unopened and exhibit no wear or tear. Should your item arrive in considerably worse condition than the photo, if the disc does not work or has issues playing, or if there is any other problem or concern with your order, then please contact us at captain@filmcruise.co.uk as soon as possible within 14 days to discuss how we may best resolve the situation, whether it be a return and replacement or refund.
